Decision:
The Authority proposes to modify certain standard conditions of the transmission licence for WoDS Transmission Limited (who we have been informed will be converted to WoDS Transmission plc should they become the successful bidder), using our powers under section 8A of the Electricity Act 1989. The modifications are set out in the attached notice.
