National Grid – Capacity Market Rules CP140

This proposal from National Grid Electricity Transmission would make a single Independent Technical Expert (ITE), appointed by the Delivery Body, responsible for assessing the progress of New Build CMUs against construction milestones. This would replace the current approach where participants are able to appoint their own ITEs.
