National Grid – Capacity Market Rules CP139

This proposal from National Grid Electricity Transmission would amend Rule 7.5.1 so that when a Capacity Provider notifies a change in the location of a New Build CMU or DSR CMU Component, it must provide the Delivery Body with certain information relevant to prequalification. It also proposes to extend the time allowed for the Delivery Body to assess the notification and update the Capacity Market Register from 5 to 10 working days.
