National Grid - Capacity Market Rules change proposal 19

This proposal from National Grid suggests removal of option to use the capacity figure in the Distribution Connection Agreement to set the connection capacity. And removal of possibility that the connection capacity can be above the entry capacity. Amendments to Rules 3.5.2(b); 3.5.5 are proposed. National Grid have suggested that implementation of this proposal may be delayed until after the 2015 prequalification process.
