NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 29 March 2023 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Muir Mhòr Offshore Wind Farm Limited (company number SC717262) whose registered office is situated at 4 Jackson's Entry, Holyrood Road, Edinburgh, EH8 8PJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
