Moyle Interconnector Ltd - Capacity Market Rules CP189

This proposal seeks to amend the Rules to permit a CMU increase it's Capacity Obligation via secondary transfer to meet it's available capacity at the time of transfer, even when this value is greater than at the time of it's prequalification for the relevant Delivery Year.
