Moyle Interconnector Ltd - Capacity Market Rules CP136

This proposal from Moyle Interconnector Ltd would amend Rule 3.5A.1 so that the Connection Capacity of an Interconnector CMU is not determined by its Transmission Entry Capacity (TEC). It also proposes a potential consequential change to the definition of ‘De-rated Capacity’ to ensure an Interconnector CMU’s De-rated Capacity cannot be greater than its TEC.
