Modification of Standard Condition 12 of all electricity distribution licences: connection offer fees

Earlier this year, we consulted on changes to the electricity distribution licences so that licensees would not be obliged to offer terms for the making of a connection under section 16(1) of the Electricity Act 1989 where the requester has not paid the relevant connection offer expenses required by the licensee.
This licence notice will implement these changes into Standard Condition 12 of the electricity distribution licences. The covering letter explains our decision and summarises the responses we received to our consultation.
