NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 12 November 2014 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Mercuria Energy Trading SA (company number CH-660-1372004-2) whose registered office is situated at 50 Rue Du Rhone, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
