On 28 February 2024, we published a consultation on a proposal to modify Appendix 1 of SpC 3.14 (Medium Sized Investment Projects (MSIP) Re-opener and Price Control Deliverable (MSIPREt)).
Following consideration of the responses, we have decided to modify SpC 3.14 in the manner set out in the consultation. The responses we received have been published on our website.
