Decision:
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") has decided to close its investigation into SSE’s compliance with its obligations under the gas and electricity supply licences (Standard Licence Conditions 25C, 27.1, 28.1, 27.5, 27.6 and 27.8).
The decision was taken following satisfactory implementation of improvement actions agreed between the Authority and SSE.
