Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 31 May 2024 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to HD777FRY Ltd (company number 12023701) whose registered office is situated at First Floor River Court, The Old Mill Office, Mill Lane, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EZ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
