Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 17 July 2024 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to GRM Commodities A/S (company number 44320193) whose registered office is situated at Strandvejen 7, 5500 Middelfart, Denmark, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
