GC0164 was raised by The National Energy System Operator (NESO) on 12 October 2023. It builds on the Alignment, Simplification and Rationalisation Workstream of NESOs Digital Whole System Technical Code project and seeks to improve the accessibility, readability and consistency of Grid Code Operating Code No.2 (OC2).
