NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 20 January 2014 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Fylde Gas and Power Limited (company number 08409730) whose registered office is situated at 52 The Villas, Lytham Quays, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 5TH, Great Britain, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
