ESC - Capacity Market Rules CP233

This proposal seeks to amend the Rules so that it is clear how auxiliary load should be proportioned for sites that share the load amongst a number of generating units and where the auxiliary load is not separately metered.

We intend to consult on revised drafting for this proposal next year.
