This proposal from ESC seeks to clarify how the performance of an Interconnector CMU during a Stress Event is measured. In particular, it would amend Rule 8.6.2A so that metered volumes are used to determine the capacity delivered by an Interconnector CMU. It would also add new rules to Chapter 14 to require information from the System Operator and BSCCo.
