Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 19 September 2025 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to EP Eggborough New Energy Developments Limited (company number 14670457) whose registered office is situated at Paradigm Building, 3175 Ground Floor, Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZB, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
