The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 ("the Act") that on 8 July 2025 an electricity distribution licence was granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Act to E.ON UK NETWORK ASSETS LIMITED (company number 03810087) whose registered office is situated at Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG, United Kingdom authorising it to distribute electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
