This proposal from Energy UK would extend the option for Capacity Providers to submit Metering System Identifiers (MSIDs) instead of Meter Point Administration Numbers (MPANs) throughout the Rules, in order to reduce the burden involved with providing explanations when an MPAN is not unique to a CMU.
