Notice under section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a gas shipper licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 09 August 2024 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to DRW Energy Europe B.V (company number 91279739) whose registered office is situated at Locatellikade 1, Floor 7 1076AZ Amsterdam, Netherlands, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
