The draft Warm Home Discount Supplier Guidance (version 8) - England and Wales explains how we will intend to administer the Warm Home Discount (WHD) in England and Wales in light of the changes introduced in the Warm Home Discount (England and Wales) Regulations 2022 and how we expect suppliers to comply with the scheme requirements. It provides additional clarity on the administration of the WHD scheme in England and Wales in light of our own and supplier experience of the scheme so far.
We are interested in getting comments on:
- Our interpretation of the government changes to the WHD scheme for scheme years 12 – 15. The information provided in this guidance may be subject to further changes when the WHD Regulations (E&W) 2022 come into force.
- The overall tone and content of this guidance, including whether it is easy to read and understand.
- Any areas where the document could be more user friendly.
