Decision to publish a statutory consultation on proposed changes to the domestic and non-domestic Standards of Conduct

Following our January 2017 consultation on the domestic and non-domestic Standards of Conduct, we have published a statutory consultation that sets out our final proposals. This statutory consultation also sets out our final proposals for amending standard licence condition 5, which relates to our information gathering powers.
