On 4 October 2021 we published a consultation seeking views from stakeholders on Ofgem’s draft NIS Enforcement Guidelines and Penalty Policy
We sought views to help us to ensure that our enforcement processes are relevant and adaptable in an innovative and evolving energy market.
Having carefully considered the responses to the consultation, today we are announcing our decision to publish our NIS Enforcement Guidelines and Penalty Policy, as proposed in our consultation.
