Following statutory consultation in April 2016, we are now publishing our decision to modify the licence held by the Data and Communications Company (DCC) to amend the definition of regulated revenue and to introduce a penalty interest rate for over-recovery of revenue.
These changes will have effect from 21 July 2016. The penalty interest rate will apply from regulatory year 2016/17.
