Decision for

We consulted on regulatory requirements that energy network companies will have to comply with. These requirements are two sets of guidance: Data Best Practice (DBP) and Digitalisation Strategy and Action Plan (DSAP) guidance. For each guidance we additionally published Supporting Information, which is aimed at assisting practitioners working to comply with the guidance.



In line with the decision we made for our Forward Work Programme 2021/22, we are also proposed to establish DBP and DSAP guidance as our standards for data and digitalisation regulation, to be followed by relevant regulated entities and by Ofgem itself.



Finally for this consultation, we sought views about the design and scope of our upcoming data and digital monopolies review.
