On 17 January 2023, the National Energy System Operator raised CUSC Modification Proposal (CMP) 408 'Allowing consideration of a different notice period for BSUoS tariff settings'. The CUSC Panel subsequently submitted a Final Modification Report (FMR) to us on 13 October 2023. We have decided to approve CMP408 based on the FMR.
