NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 16 June 2014 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Danske Commodities A/S (company number 28113951) whose registered office is situated at Vaerkmestergade 3, 3rd Floor, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises specified in Schedule 1(attached).
