Notice under section 7B(9) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a restriction to a gas supply licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”) that on 23 December 2024 a restriction to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(6) of the Act to Crown Oil Limited (company number 01315556) whose registered office is situated at The Oil Centre, Bury New Road, Heap Bridge, Bury, Lancs, BL9 7HY, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
