NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 19 September 2016 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Covent Energy Limited (company number 09256482) whose registered office is situated at c/o Hentons, 118 North Street, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS2 7PN, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
