NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 ("the Act") that on 16 December 2020 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Bradwell Power Generation Company Limited (company number 09941394) whose registered office is situated at 5th Floor Rex House, 4-12 Lower Regent Street, London, SW1Y 4PE, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
