"Beyond average consumption - development of a framework for assessing impact of policy proposals on different consumer groups (updated 2014)", a report for Ofgem by the Centre for Sustainable Energy. This research updated 'archetypes' tool developed in the 2012 report to incorporate more recent ONS data releases. The 'archetypes' tool was developed to improve Ofgem's understanding of domestic gas and electricity consumption and the characteristics that drive variation in household usage.
