Attix CIC: notice of grant of an electricity generation licence

Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ('the Authority') hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 ('the Act') that on 19 September 2025 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Attix CIC (company number SC562805) whose registered office is situated at 19 Main Street, Kilbirnie, KA25 7BX, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
