ADE – Capacity Market Rules CP96

This proposal from ADE would either delete Rule 5.3.2 (b) or replace it with a paragraph which states the specific Rules and Regulations where it would be appropriate to exclude Bidders from a Capacity Auction for non-compliance. ADE proposes that if the latter approach is taken, it would be necessary to include Group companies to ensure the provision is applied evenly.
