ADE – Capacity Market Rules CP94

This proposal from ADE seeks to amend Rule 2.3 so that from Year 2 onwards, de-rating factors for DSR CMUs could be set to reflect performance in the Capacity Market, rather than being based on performance in Short Term Operating Reserve.
