ADE – Capacity Market Rules CP105

This proposal from ADE seeks to reduce the administrative burden involved with providing the additional prequalification information required under Rule 3.6.1. In particular, it would remove the requirement for Non-CMRS Distribution CMUs to provide a letter from the Distribution Network Operator.
