On 24th January 2019, we published our final decision to consent to Octopus Energy Limited's claim to Last Resport Supply Payment (LRSP), following certain additional costs incurred in acting as a Supplier of Last Resort(SoLR) for Iresa Limited.
In accordance with Special Condition 1C of the gas transporter licence, the Authority directs the recovery of Octopus Energy Limited's Last Resort Supply Payment (LRSP) claim through the MPt term for the formula year 2019/20.
