On 30 June 2016, the Authority received a notice from Thanet OFTO Limited in respect of an event which Thanet OFTO Limited considered to be an income adjusting event (IAE).
The Authority has concluded that the event does not constitute an IAE for the reasons set out in this letter.
In the letter, we also explain the details of the event set out in the notice, provide a summary of the IAE provision and describe the process we have followed to reach the Authority’s determination.
