NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 10 March 2020 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to SWB Skelmersdale Ltd (company number 10266224) whose registered office is situated at 1st Floor, Lakeside Alexandra Business Park, Prescot Road, St Helens, WA10 3TP, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
