Modifications to special conditions of the electricity distribution licences held by WPD licensees to incorporate DPCR5 closeout provisions

In May 2014 we amended the special (Charge Restriction Conditions) of the electricity distribution licences held by the four licensees owned by Western Power Distribution plc (WPD).

We are now proposing changes in order to incorporate provisions for the closeout of DPCR5 schemes.
