In November 2016, we announced a review into the price control treatment of National Grid Gas Transmission’s entry capacity obligation at Fleetwood.
We are now consulting on the treatment of the capacity obligation at the Fleetwood entry point on the National Transmission System (NTS) and its price control funding.
Our proposed treatment of these has the purpose of achieving the most economic and efficient outcome for consumers. We will also be publishing an impact assessment shortly.
We are seeking responses from interested stakeholders by 26 May 2017.
