Sir John Mogg wrote on 5 August 2004 seeking views on the key challenges facing the industry in the short to medium term; the action required from Ofgem and the priorities on which Ofgem should focus. Ofgem received responses from energy sector companies , trade associations , fuel poverty groups , an environmental group and other Government departments .
