This letter is our response to sections of DECC’s consultation: The Future of the Energy Company Obligation. It looks at changes to the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) that DECC propose should have effect by reference to 1 April 2014.

Our response outlines our understanding of those changes and where possible details how we expect to administer ECO if the proposals become law.
