In January 2015 we asked for views on the draft regulatory instructions and guidance (RIGs) for the electricity distribution networks (DNOs). The RIGs are the main way we get information from the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).
This letter summarises the changes we have made to the RIGs since the consultation. It also outlines our intention to carry out further work on how we and the DNOs should report on their performance. In addition to this letter we have issued a notice of new RIGs which parties have 28 days to comment on.
