The response to the government’s ECO Help to Heat consultation confirmed that the Carbon Saving Community Obligation (CSCO) aspect of ECO would not continue from April 2017 onwards.
This letter provides details of the approach to be taken by Ofgem to the key ECO2 CSCO closedown compliance decisions and the actions that need to be taken by obligated suppliers. Relevant deadlines are provided for each area, as well as a timetable of key milestones and dates for the closedown of CSCO.
