Direction to make modifications to the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-ED1 (version 4.0)

We propose to make changes to the Electricity Distribution Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements.

This notice proposes changes to Version 3 of the RIGs for RIIO-ED1 published on 20 April 2017.

This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Condition 46 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) of the electricity distribution licence.

Please let us know, by 19 March 2018, if you have any comments on the proposed modifications.
