Following our recent consultation document ‘Proposals for regulating non-domestic Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), this letter informs stakeholders that we intend to take forward our minded to position to establish a TPI code of practice underpinned by a licence condition on energy suppliers to only engage with TPIs that are accredited to the code. This letter also sets out a high level summary of responses to the consultation and the next steps in this project.
