The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has published a response to its consultation on changes to the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme.
The consultation response ‘The Renewable Heat Incentive: A Reformed Scheme’ is available on the BEIS website. Any questions about the changes in the consultation response should be addressed to BEIS at rhi@beis.gov.uk.
Subject to Parliamentary approval, the changes to the Scheme Regulations announced in the consultation response are expected to come into effect in spring 2017.
