In March 2017, the Feed-in Tariffs (Amendment) Order 2017 came into effect. This legislation sets new requirements for anaerobic digestion stations that made a preliminary or full application to the Feed-in Tariff scheme on or after 1 May 2017.

As part of these new requirements, anaerobic digestion generators with installations that have a Total Installed Capacity (TIC) of greater than or equal to 1MW must complete an annual sustainability audit report providing information about the accuracy of the feedstock and sustainability information they have provided to us throughout the period.

This document details how to comply with the requirement to submit an annual sustainability audit report.
