NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS TRANSPORTER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 4 March 2015 a gas transporter licence was granted under section 7(2) of the Act to Energy Assets Pipelines Limited (company number 08743360) whose registered office is situated at Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU, United Kingdom authorising it to convey gas through pipes to any premises in Great Britain.
